yum cha in eastern suburbs melbourne - Dining Golden Palace has to be one of the better suburban Yum Cha's going, which holds it's own against any of the top CBD/Chinatown/Southbank offerings. Haven't visited Tai Pan in awhile so can't comment, but were decent from memory. On another note has anyone visited Red Emperor @ Southbank recently? Been a couple of years for me, definitely not
